Lauren is a rock star

Baby Lauren is such an amazing baby. She's happy, has been sleeping through the night practically since the day she was born (now sleeps from 10-7am) and is just a delight. She's happy and loves to smile :).
Her brother thinks she's "like a pretty princess" and looks like "Cinderella". And we agree.

Luverne- Part 2 - July 20-22, 2012

Luverne July 11-15th

We went down to Luverne for Hot Dog Night/Member Guest golf tourney!  It was a blast as always.  Sam and Lauren had a fabulous time with Nana and Papa and with their cousins.  We also feel so blessed that we got to spend time with Great Aunt Margaret since she passed away the Monday after we left!

Also, he wear a jersey every minute of every day. From hockey, to football, to baseball, he switches his entire "uniform" with every sport we play to be in the correct outfit. He even sports it when mowing the lawn! Craziness.

Lauren has been smiling since she was 2 weeks old. She is a beautiful, happy, sweet girl. She is just starting to "talk" and we love every second of being with her!

Happy Forth of July!

This was an awesome FIRST for of July for Lauren and it was a great day for Sam too!  On the 3rd we took the kids to Bloomington for a fun evening of carnival food, jumpy castles and kiddy bands.  It was awesome, but VERY hot!  It was a still hot where you just melted just standing there.  So we walked for a bit, ate a snow cone, listened to the Oakie Dookie Band and went on our way home!

On the 4th, we hit the Edina parade and then headed to Cris Jensens' house for the typical, fun Forth evening.  The kids are now taking over the day (which is so fun) and Sam and Lauren loved it!  Cris also told us she was going to be a mama - yay!  Cannot wait for November!  What a day...

4th of July week...day 1! Rochester, MN

We had an awesome trip to Rochester to hang out with Erin, Pat and the kiddos.  We had an awesome time!
Jumpy castles, awesome food and fireworks made this year rock!

It was so awesome to see the cousins get along so well.  Lauren was an angel as always.  Sam and Kate hung out as buds - this was something new and it was so cute!  Tim and Will were awesome with the younger kids as well and had a great time hanging out with their friends at the country club!

Cannot wait until next year....
