Mamma, Mamma, Mamma....

This month's huge developments - language! This kid is a talker and it is so fun to watch him develop and grow into this perfect little talking dude.

Some of his newest words:
Mama
Mom
Dada
Ball
Col (Uncle Colin)
Gigi
Basketball
Gooooooooaaaaaaaaallllll (stick raised in celebration)
Ah O
Yesterday he said "Ira" to his Uncle Ira on Skype when they were in Korea. Pretty cool!
And pretty scary. This mom has to watch her mouth around her little "repeater" boy.

He also is a rockstar with all the sounds animals make. So cute to hear him respond "Mooooooooo" when asked about a cow.


A typical and very common conversation:

Sam: Mama
Me: Yes, bud
Sam: Mom
Me: Yes, honey
Sam: Mama
Me: Yep Sam
Sam: Mom
Me: What buddy
Sam: Mom
Me: Yes, hon

He also is getting great at putting his dishes away in the dishwasher. Such a little helper.

And as always, he is still very, very perfect. He is the greatest.

A Fork and the Color Purple

Sam and I eating breakfast - the best part, he is using his fork! What a rockstar!!! And he may be left handed by the looks of it! Lots of fun stuff to learn!!!

And he now says "Purple" after I was talking to him while doing a floral arrangement. It is so dang cute! He is so close to talking it is nuts! He is for sure on the "I am a BIG boy" horizon!
