2nd Anniversary - oh, how the time flies!

Pat and I celebrated our second anniversary tonight at our "place", Zelo- very fun! Now, there was very little Sammy interaction since he was at Gigis, so I wouldn't normally blog about it. BUT I had to mention it because we got a fabulous surprise from our amazing friends at dinner. We received a bottle of wine compliments of Court and Ira!!! Seriously, I am reminded every day how lucky we are to have the best, most incredible friends on earth. I feel so lucky and blessed. I love it!!!

Auntie Nicole visit!!!

What a fun week! Auntie Nicole came to visit and we had a fabulous time. She was there for Sam's baptism (photos to come) and that meant SO much to me. As always she was the best help and was a fabulous photographer and videographer! We went shopping, ate, drank wine, went shopping, ate and then drank wine. It was awesome! Oh, then Nicole made us a fab dinner and awesome breakfasts!!!! Loved every minute!!
Louis was also very happy Nicole came because he got some REALLY good attention from her! Lucky dog!

Sam is starting to get super strong. Today he rolled out of his car seat when I just set him in it. Now I have to be super careful about setting him down! I cannot believe he is 14 weeks already! I love my little guy so much!!!

Hanging with Ryder and Infant Massage Playdate...

We had a fun day today. We went to Katie and Ernies and saw baby Ryder again. SO cute! And Kelsey was there with baby Wyatt and Emily was there with baby Cooper. So the 4 little buds had a lovely time together! Can't wait for the upcoming years. Can you stand how cute they are? Loving it!!!(In Photo from top left to right: Sam, Cooper, Wyatt and baby Ryder laying down.)

Then Kels, Em and I had an infant massage playdate. Pretty awesome! Sam loved it, Wyatt slept and Cooper smiled and looked around the entire time.

Visit from Auntie Gina and Uncle Mike

Gina and Mike came to visit this weekend. We had an awesome time! I just love having Sam meet all the important people in my life. And obvi love all my peeps meeting my Sammy!

Pat and Mike had fun Saturday afternoon with some beers, sports and a burger from The Nook. Gina and I had a great time hitting all of my favorite baby stores so she can stock up for baby McD! It was so great to see her beautiful little baby belly! She looks amazing and we are so excited to meet her baby in January!

Here is our family just before we left for the church for Sam's Rite of Reception before his Baptism. It was a really cool experience. We stood up in from of church and were blessed and welcomed into the parish. It was more emotional that I expected. Pretty cool having the entire church hold up their hands and bless you and your child. Perfect start to a Sunday!

Luverne October 2009 - LOVING IT~

We had a wonderful vacation in Luverne this past week. Ah....I love Luverne SO much!!! We rolled around town saying a not so quick hello to dozens of people and showed off our darling baby Sam to anyone who was interested. Minnesota sports was hoppin with the Twins and the Vikings which made the nights fun and very sports driven!
Pat and I had a date afternoon in Sioux Falls which was very nice. And I got a great lamp a the antique store in town. What a weekend!!!

Here is Sam smiling at Uncle Pete's desk.

First Baby and Me Class

So we went to our first baby and me class today. It was great. We talked about baby stuff and then sang songs together (wait, have things changed since I had a kid?! Old McDonald community sing-a-longs are now fun on a Friday? Hmmmmm!) Anyway, we had a nice time. And Sam did too! There was a little hottie named Addison in our class that he had eyes on. I will keep you posted how that goes......

Here is a cute photo of daddy and Sam!
